No cats allowed. Sorry - I'm allergic. Service dogs (with certification) are allowed for an extra cleaning fee of $100/stay. Guests may use the fire place for an additional $50 cleaning fee. Quiet hours at 10PM on weekdays and 12 midnight on weekends. NO SMOKING! NO MARIJUANA! Owner keeps their belongs on-site. They are clearly labeled. So please don't touch. No parties. Maximum 7 persons.

Located squarely in the "town-core" of Avon, convenience is our differentior. 1 minute walk to Nottingham lake park which has a massive playground, basketball and pickleball courts, water sports, volley ball, ice skating, and events on Wednesdays and Sundays during the summer. 5-10 minutes walk to multiple bars and restaurants including Bobs Place, Ticino, North Street Kitchen, Vin 48, Fattoria, Loaded Joes, South Side Benderz and many more. 3-4 minute walk to Charter Sports in Avon for ski and bike rentals. We offer discount code for 30% off rentals! And Skier Express bus picks up right across the street.

Guest Access

This is a first floor unit so it is handicap accessible. You'll have access to the entire three bedrooms, three bathrooms, ample storage for guests as well as all of our cooking supplies (spices, condiments, and all other kitchen staples). Firewood is included.

We loved our stay at Owen's place! We were two families with kids and the place was super comfortable, cozy, and extremely well equipped. Everything was super clean, the distribution of the apartment was really comfortable and gave every family privacy and enough space. Kids LOVED the PS5 and all the games available. Kitchen was stupendous!! Have all utensils, pans, cutting boards, etc, etc. Perfect for a family trip. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Owen.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We stayed after a renovation and it was great. It has a great location with everywhere we wanted to go within a five min drive. Very helpful instructions. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect location to be able to get to multiple surroundings activities. We loved having the lake so close and having the hot tub after a day of hiking was awesome. The bathrooms were nicely updated and clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. This is a first floor unit so if you are a light sleeper you may hear footsteps above
